After your payment is confirmed, the item will be sent to your linked Steam account via a Steam Trade Offer. Make sure your Trade URL is correctly set in your profile and your inventory is set to "Public"

Most items are delivered instantly or within a few hours. However, due to technical reasons or Steam limitations, delivery can take up to 7 days. If you haven't received your item within 14 days, you are entitled to a full refund or an alternative item.

Please check if:

● Your Steam Guard has been active for at least 15 days.

● Your inventory is not full.

● You do not have a temporary trade ban or a password reset hold.

● Your Trade URL on spawnzone.org matches your current Steam account.

We charge a flat 10% commission on all successful sales. This fee allows us to maintain the platform, secure transactions, and provide 24/7 support. There are no hidden listing fees.

You can request a payout once your balance reaches the minimum of 10 €. The maximum payout limit per transaction is 5,000 €. These limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method.

Payouts are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days after a successful sale and verification. The exact time depends on your payment provider (bank, card issuer, etc.).

To comply with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations and ensure platform security, we or our payment partners may require identity verification. This usually happens when you reach certain transaction volumes or if suspicious activity is detected.

● Before delivery: You can cancel an order if the payment hasn't been processed yet.

● After delivery: Since digital items are delivered instantly and are one-time use assets, they are generally non-refundable once accepted on Steam, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

Absolutely. We do not store your full credit card details. All transactions are handled by authorized payment providers (like Stripe or PayPal) that comply with PCI DSS security standards.
