● You are exclusively responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities occurring under your credentials.

4. Orders and Payment Terms
● By placing an order, you agree to pay the total price displayed at checkout, including all applicable taxes and processing fees.
● Payment Security: Payments are managed by authorized providers in compliance with PCI DSS standards. NEXLIFY EL LTD does not directly store or hold user funds.
● Prohibited Methods: The use of unauthorized, stolen, or compromised payment methods will result in immediate transaction cancellation and potential reporting to law enforcement.

5. Delivery of Digital Items
Once payment is verified, items are transferred to your linked account via the Steam trade system.
● Timeline: Delivery is typically completed within 7 days. In the event of technical delays, this may extend to 14 days, after which you may request a full refund or an alternative delivery at no extra cost.
● User Obligations: You must provide a valid Steam Trade URL and ensure that Steam Guard/Mobile Authenticator is active. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by private inventories, trade bans, or regional restrictions on the user’s Steam account.
